Job Description

Primary role to act as DC operator toProcessing vendor/visitor DC security clearance.Escort vendor/visitor into DC.Escalation and attending to alert notification (after office hours).Support monthly, quarterly, yearly maintenance and Buildingmanagement maintenance, E.g. power shutdown, aircon, UPS.Support and coordinate for hardware disposal, E.g. Harddisk, media,backup tapes.Load/Unload backup tapes and prepare to send off-site.Maintain and update hardware inventory and rack system.Conduct daily checks to ensure DC temperature at acceptable level,unusual blinking light and sound generated from devices.Raise incident in ITSM and monitor till closure.Prepare daily/monthly report to customer.Requirement: Monthly offered SalaryRange$2500-$2850Job Role/Level Operator, DC Operations Mandatory Skills Enterprise MonitoringWork Location Sin Ming  Contract Duration 12 months (Renewable Contract)24 x 7 standby NShiftwork Y/12 hrs Monthly Claims  $8 per Day Shift & $20 per Night ShiftNo. of AL that Candidateis Eligible if shortlisted
